Why should I rent a Just Jump unit instead of someone elses?
How much room do I need?
The amount of room varies between each moonwalk. A minimum of 2 feet on all four sides is required. Just Jump moonwalks must be away from fences, pools, playsets, overhead utility lines, low hanging tree branches and any other permanent standing structures. Vertical clearance measurements are about 17 feet. We would be happy to discuss space requirements when you make your reservation.

Are reservations necessary?
Yes! We suggest you call at least 3 to 5 weeks ahead of time. The earlier you book, the greater your selection and the chance of you reserving your Just Jump unit of choice.You can do last minute reservations, but you will be very disappointed if your original choice is already reserved.

What if it rains?
We will provide an extra tarp if the possibility of light rain exists. Please deflate the unit, cover with a tarp and reinflate after rains have passed. DO NOT bounce while it is raining. However the unit may still get a little wet. In order to maintain a safe environment, all renters need to inspect and dry off the moonwalk wih a towel before continuing to bounce. It is also not safe to bounce under high winds (20mph or higher), thunder or lightning. During such conditions, the unit must be turned off. We also watch weather conditions and reserve the right to cancel a booking if the conditions are not safe. **Any downpour, lightening or high winds are unsafe conditions for operation. Once the moonwalk is up and operational, there are NO REFUNDS.

Our moonwalks are covered for protection and have netting on all walls to allow for air circulation and visibility.

Is your equipment clean?
Definitely! All of our Just Jump units are cleaned and disinfected after each and every use, and our equipment perfectly maintained. We're committed to making sure that you have a clean, healthy and safe environment in which to play.

How can I pay for my rental?
We gladly accept cash, check, or money order.

When do I pay for my rental?
A $75.00 deposit is required when you mail your contract and waiver back to Just Jump Inc..Full payment on the balance is expected at time of delivery.Unless you would prefer to just pay the total amount up-front when sending back your paper-work.

How many kids can play at once?
This depends on the ages and sizes of the children. Generally speaking, the moonwalk can accommodate 4-10 children of the same size/age group at one time, but we provide a chart on all of our contracts that addresses this issue. A parents' judgement is also recommended.

Do you deliver and set up?
Yes! Just Jump Inc. has courteous drivers that will deliver and set up each unit and insure that it is clean and in good working condition before your party starts. When your party has ended, our driver will come back to clean and take down the Just Jump unit. Set up normally takes about 20-25 minutes, and take down is about 45-50 minutes.

What kind of supervision is necessary?
All of our Just Jump moonwalks requires adult supervision at all times! The customers(renters) responsibility to provide competent adult supervision for the safety of the users.

My yard slopes a bit, will that be O.K?
A slight slope is not a problem. If the area slopes more than a little, we may request an alternate location. Safety is the most important consideration for your set-up area. Please have an alternate location in mind.

Can we pick-up the moonwalk ourselves?
No! Just Jump Inc. does not allow for this. Our insurance requires that the units be professionally set-up and taken down to ensure safety.

Can they be set-up indoors?
Yes! Your Just Jump Moonwalks can be set-up indoors providing there is enough ceiling clearance. A 17ft. feet vertical clearance is needed. Gyms, auditoriums and other large halls are perfect.

Is there a deposit required to reserve a Just Jump! unit?
Yes, we require a minimum deposit of $75.00 to reserve your unit for your requested date.

What type of surface can the Just Jump units be placed on?
The safest surface is a level grassy area. However,our Just Jump units can be set up on any level surface such as grass, concrete, asphalt, dirt, and even indoor gymnasiums. Please specify which surface the moonwalk will be setup on so we can provide the appropriate tarps and anchors.

Are Just Jump inflatables safe?
Yes. Our Just Jump units are constructed to be as safe as possible. Units include a safety step and safety nets that stop children from bouncing out of the jump and injuring themselves. Also, most moonwalks have emergency exits on the roof in case of power failure. As with any activity involving small children, an adult should supervise the activity. This will help to insure that the few simple rules continue to be followed and that someone is always there to assist children entering and exiting the Just Jump unit. All of our Just Jump units are covered for weather protection (direct sun & light rain) and they have netting on all four sides to allow for great visibility and air circulation.

Are you Insured?
Yes. All of our Just Jump units are insured. Please note: All individuals and companies that rent a Just Jump unit(s) are required to sign a liability waiver(s) prior to initial set-up. Please contact us for a copy if needed. We CANNOT set up the Just Jump unit(s) until the liability waiver(s) is signed.

What if I have to cancel?
You have the right to cancel at any time. We will refund all of your money as long as it is more than 3 days before your event. If it is 3 days or less to your event Just Jump will refund your money less the $75.00 deposit.
